Minimum 48 hours in advance
A note on custom designs. Custom & personalised orders include an additional customisation fee, which Lili will quote before you confirm. We ask for at least 72 hours notice for custom pieces, and allow up to 24 hours for a response. For urgent enquiries, please call 0436 193 139.

Substitutions: If a specific flower isn't available or doesn't meet our freshness standards, our florists will hand-pick a beautiful substitute that keeps the look and feel of your arrangement.
