• To prepare, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to provide order status updates.
• To respond to enquiries and custom-order requests.
• To send marketing emails about exclusive deals and new launches — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers needed to run our business, and only as required to provide our services or comply with the law:

• Stripe — processes payments. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe receives your name, email, phone and delivery address to complete your order.
• Vercel — hosts our website and stores order and account data.
• Resend — used to send order and mailing-list emails (where enabled).
• Behold — displays our Instagram feed on the gallery page.
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site.

Some of these providers may store or process data overseas. When you contact us via Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, that interaction is also governed by the relevant platform's privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our tax and legal obligations (generally five years). Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard methods, and account sessions are protected with signed, secure, HTTP-only cookies. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
